Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amber Lighting. We strive to ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

1.1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@amberlighting.store with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.

1.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

2. Refunds 

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a 5 business days.

2.3. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges, unless the return is a result of our error.

3. Exchanges

3.1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@amberlighting.store to request an exchange.

3.2. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with details about the issue and your order number.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or custom-made products.
