Shipping Providers: We primarily use Australia Post for shipping within Australia. For large or bulk orders, alternative courier services may be used to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping for all orders within Australia.

Express Shipping: Customers who require expedited delivery can opt for express shipping at an additional cost.

Order Tracking:

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the Australia Post website or our chosen courier’s tracking service.

Shipping Restrictions:

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers within Australia.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
